What is BPM's Lifecycle?
BPM's life cycle can generally be discussed in 5 stages. These are: design, model, implement, monitor, and optimize.

The current process is analyzed during the design phase to see what can be improved at this stage, which stages of the methods can be standardized, which forms can be used, and who will have the duties and authority.

During the modelling phase, the redesigned process is organized according to date and condition options and tested to work with different scenarios.

The implementation phase can be considered the testing phase with a small group. After successfully passing this stage, the process is opened to all users.

In the monitoring phase, the performance of the redesigned process is monitored. Improvements are tracked. Specific dimensions are used here.

Optimization is a continuous flow. This is where the question of how we can make the process more efficient on an ongoing basis comes into play.
