Emakin’s Journey: Inspired by a Flat World
Our journey began with inspiration from Thomas L. Friedman’s The World Is Flat: A Brief History of the Twenty-First Century. The concept of a “flat world,” where technology breaks down barriers and fosters global collaboration, resonated deeply with our vision. This inspired our original slogan, “The World is Flat,” and our distinctive cubic orange logo, symbolising our commitment to transforming complex challenges into opportunities for growth.
For over 12 years, this slogan encapsulated our belief in a connected, technology-driven world where businesses could overcome traditional boundaries. However, as literal interpretations of the phrase gained traction, we recognised the need to refine our branding to avoid misinterpretations. While our branding has evolved, our belief in the transformative power of technology remains at the heart of everything we do.
