We are proud to announce the release of Emakin's new version, 7.0.
We always aim for continuous innovation and improvement to improve customer service, and with that mindset, we continue working on new versions.
The most important topic of v7.0 is improving how our customers handle their daily work, and therefore we focused on the design and usage of the Inbox.
Intelligent Inbox
The new inbox provides a unified interface for the end-users, helping them eliminate unnecessary workloads and letting them share common tasks with their teammates without violating privacy principles.
Automatic Labelling
Users can categorise their daily tasks more easily and efficiently with the automatic labelling feature. With this feature, the process owners have the option to add different tags for each task, and these tags can be fed from the form data as well.
Task Sharing
Users can share their tasks with their teammates with one click. Especially supervisors or managers who would like to distribute a bunch of tasks to their team members can find this feature very useful.
Tags
Setting different tags for the tasks makes it easier to categorise and find the things that users looking for in their busy schedules. Emakin’s new tagging feature provides this functionality, helping users to find what they are looking for in a simpler UI.
Full-text Search
As you can see so far, we are solely focused on users finding the most important tasks at the right time. The full-text Search feature is also one of them. Users can use any word to find what they are looking for, and Emakin will search for topics, tasks, cases etc., in their entire databases to display the results.
Hebrew Language Support
As you may know, Emakin supports localisation since the beginning. It’s always possible to translate your processes into any language you want. Moreover, Emakin supports English, Dutch, Spanish and Turkish platform-wise. And from v7.0, Hebrew language is added as a platform language. And it’s not only about translating the menu items, the system fully supports displaying the texts from RTL(right to the left).
